Procedure

All instructors implement Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies to accommodate a wide range of learning needs and abilities. To promote equitable access to arts education, we offer a variety of accommodations, including alternative instructional formats such as large-print materials, audio recordings, visual aids, tactile learning tools, and scheduling flexibility, including extended time. Students with hearing impairments may request interpreters, while those with cognitive or attention-related challenges benefit from simplified instructions, visual cues, sensory tools, and opportunities for movement.

While we are not certified in Special Education, we are committed to partnering with parents and families to welcome outside resources and support that help meet the individual needs of participants.
