As a newly formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we take pride in the reach and impact of our developing programs.

We’re developing 1, 3, and 5 year goals to thoughtfully guide the phased rollout of programming.

Our programs will continually expand as we identify needs and grow.

Our Neighborhood

The California Healthy Places Index enables visualization of the social and economic conditions that shape health in each neighborhood. However, because it draws on data from the 2020 census, it may present an overly optimistic view, as some of the most severely marginalized individuals were likely undercounted or excluded.
